The Jacksonville chapter of HDI is pleased to announce the 2010-11 HDI Analyst of the Year Award. This award recognizes an Analyst who exemplifies the best qualities among support practitioners.

     Topic: Measuring and Reporting on Team and Employee Performance
The presentation will be about how Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida measures and reports on team and employee performance as well as other metrics.

     Presenter: Juan Torres
     Juan C Torres began serving as a Manager of the IT Service Desk at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida in 2006. He manages a team that is responsible for supporting over 8,000 customers with IT related issues. He previously worked in various IT support roles for the company with a background in software distribution, Intel/Linux Server Support, and Active Directory. He has been a member of HDI since 2006.
